1. How is health coaching different from medical care or therapy?


Health coaching focuses on supporting lifestyle and behavioral change that promotes overall health and well-being. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions, and it does not replace medical care, therapy, or advice from licensed healthcare professionals.


Rather than prescribing a plan or telling clients what to do, a health coach works collaboratively with clients to explore options and identify meaningful goals. The coaching process respects the client’s interests, needs, and readiness for change, helping them discover strategies that support sustainable healthy habits and long-term well-being.


2. Do I need to be sick to benefit from health coaching?


No. Many people seek health coaching even when they are generally healthy but want to improve their daily habits, increase balance in their lives, manage stress, or work toward personal wellness goals.


3. What happens during health coaching sessions?


Health coaching sessions follow a supportive and structured process designed to help clients create sustainable lifestyle and behavioral change.

In the initial sessions, we explore your current health and well-being, discuss important areas of your life that influence your health, and develop a clear wellness vision and long-term health goals that reflect what your finest health looks like.


In the following sessions, we focus on small, realistic action steps of your choice that support your wellness goals and help build sustainable healthy habits. Each session includes reviewing successes, reflecting on challenges that may arise, and identifying new strategies that support steady progress toward lasting lifestyle change.


Throughout the coaching process, health coaching provides a collaborative and supportive environment that strengthens motivation, builds confidence, and supports long-term well-being.


4. How often do coaching sessions occur?


Sessions typically occur weekly or biweekly, depending on the client’s preferences, goals, and pace of progress. The schedule can be adjusted to best support each client’s journey toward sustainable lifestyle change.


5. Is everything discussed in coaching confidential?


Yes. Coaching conversations are kept confidential in accordance with professional coaching ethics and standards.


6. How do I get started?


You can begin by scheduling a free 30-minute introductory session. This session provides an opportunity to learn more about health coaching and determine whether this partnership feels like a good fit for you.


7. How are sessions conducted?


All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via secured telehealth platform , allowing for a convenient and private experience from your preferred location.


8.How do I pay for a coaching package?


After your complimentary introduction session, you will receive a secure payment link by email to complete your enrollment. 

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.


9. Do you work with international clients?


Yes. Your Finest Health is a fully virtual practice, allowing me to work with clients worldwide through private online coaching sessions.


International clients may complete payment in U.S. dollars or the equivalent in their local currency, depending on their selected payment method.


10. What are your standard working hours?


Appointments are generally available Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).


11. Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?


Yes. A limited number of evening and weekend appointments may be available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact me directly to learn more about availability and scheduling options.
