I am incredibly grateful for my experience working with Aziza.
One of my greatest strengths, and at times my greatest challenge, is my natural curiosity and love of possibility. When there are too many options, I can become overwhelmed, often leaving me with a constant mental “to-do list” and a tendency to avoid final decisions.
Aziza brings a calming, steady presence that creates a safe space for meaningful reflection. Through a thoughtful series of exercises, she helped me learn how to ground myself before addressing challenges. As my mind became quieter, I found it much easier to make decisions and move forward with clarity and confidence.
One of the aspects I appreciated most was how she began each session. That intentional, calming introduction gave me the space to slow down, reflect inwardly, and approach decisions without tension or internal conflict.
What has stayed with me most is how applicable her techniques have been beyond our sessions. During a serious medical situation that required surgery, I found a sense of calm by returning to the grounding exercises Aziza had taught me. More recently, after a sudden accident, those same techniques helped me process the shock and face the situation with clarity rather than avoidance.
Aziza has given me tools that extend far beyond our time together—tools I now rely on in both everyday decisions and life’s most challenging moments. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking greater clarity, balance, and a more grounded way of navigating life.

My weight was an issue; I was 30 lbs over my ideal weight and was not making fitness a priority in my life. I had the goal of writing a novel but had not advanced on that goal in several years. I felt frustrated and disappointed in myself. Solo self-discipline just was not working out for me, so I decided to give Aziza a shot.
What makes Aziza's program different is that it isn't about imposing structure or values from the outside but engaging in careful conversations to create an individualized structure and a daily routine that works for you. When the program comes to an end you are totally empowered because all the program has been created by you with the help of your coach. Your coach is not your boss but your guide and that makes all the difference.
With Aziza, I not only got support taking the small steps to build momentum towards my goals, I also was able to look at the big picture of my life and explore the different ways I was living out my values. Maybe my writing and my weight weren't perfect, but I was doing a great job in other areas. Discussing my values and separating out my life into different areas showed me that I was largely successful, something I had not realized before. This gave me a great confidence boost moving forward and helped me to accomplish goals in the areas that needed work. This was a very positive experience for me.
It's been a year since my last coaching session. I have lost 30lbs and am at my goal weight. I have a regular gym routine that I have stuck with for more than a year and a half. I have my novel fully outlined and developed and have written five chapters of my first draft. It really did work after all!
I highly recommend Aziza's program to anyone who wants to improve his or her life. It definitely improved mine!

Aziza found me in a valley of heaviness, where she visited with me, seemingly without fear.
Seems she saw the warrior in me who incessantly faces literal and figurative fire. Warmth, light, and a source of comfort to guide you on through this winter day. Aziza is a steady, strong river of active listening with grace to flow with you-me.
Having worked and specialized in Level 1 trauma as a Patient Advocate, I have known very few who weren’t reluctant to, or perplexed at, the site of trouble, to step in with care. She walked me through a mighty long winter of professional, personal, and home environmental despair, which didn’t seem to give her hesitation.
When I wasn’t certain what was best next, she asked me person-centered questions to again navigate me back to my life. Brilliant.
