Aziza Alatrash is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach who provides virtual health coaching to support individuals in building sustainable habits and improving their overall well-being.
Her professional journey began in medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree with honors and completed residency training in ophthalmology and surgery, later serving as Chief Resident. Her years of clinical and surgical training allowed her to care for many patients and deepened her empathy and respect for each individual’s unique health journey. This experience shaped her belief that health is not only about treating disease, but also about supporting the whole person.
After immigrating to the United States more than 20 years ago, Aziza chose to dedicate herself to raising her children. This chapter of her life further strengthened her organizational, teaching, and interpersonal skills, while deepening her understanding of the importance of balance in everyday life. It reinforced her belief that true well-being involves the integration of physical, emotional, and social health, and ultimately inspired her transition into health coaching.
After both of her children began their successful college journeys, she pursued professional training through the Vanderbilt Health Coaching Program at the Osher Center for Integrative Health. As a health coach, Aziza applies evidence-based methods and collaborates with her clients to create goals aligned with their values and strengths. She supports them in developing sustainable and meaningful action steps, highlights their successes, helps reframe challenges, and provides compassionate accountability throughout their journey.
Aziza is honored to support individuals seeking to improve their well-being and create meaningful change in their lives. Through a compassionate and collaborative partnership, she helps clients clarify their vision for their finest health, build sustainable habits, and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and purpose.
