Health coaching is for anyone interested in creating meaningful behavioral changes that support their finest health and overall well-being. Whether you are already healthy and want to maintain and flourish, or you are living with a chronic condition and wish to manage it through healthier lifestyle choices, coaching can provide valuable support.


In my coaching practice, I have worked with individuals from diverse ages and backgrounds, each bringing unique needs and life circumstances. Clients I have supported include college students seeking better balance while preparing for demanding academic periods, mothers looking to reconnect with healthy routines, immigrants adjusting to life in a new society, seniors managing chronic conditions while preserving quality of life, caregivers trying to prevent burnout, and executives striving to sustain their well-being while navigating demanding professional responsibilities…. and many more.

Evidence-Based Benefits of Health Coaching

Health coaching is supported by a growing body of scientific research demonstrating its effectiveness in improving health behaviors, clinical outcomes, and overall well-being.

While each individual’s journey is unique, research consistently shows that a client-centered, evidence-based coaching approach can support meaningful and sustainable lifestyle change.

🌿 Supporting Stress Management

Emerging research suggests that health coaching can help individuals better manage daily stressors while strengthening healthy routines. In a 2025 pilot randomized controlled trial, participants in an 8-week stress management and health coaching intervention showed significant improvements in perceived stress, daily routines, and social and mental balance compared with controls. The study suggests that coaching may help individuals build greater awareness, personal control, and healthier responses to stress over time

🏃 Improving Physical Activity

Research suggests that health coaching can help individuals become more physically active by supporting motivation, goal setting, and sustainable behavior change. In a 2024 systematic review and meta-analysis of 26 randomized trials involving 4,403 adults with chronic non-cancer pain, health coaching was associated with improvements in physical activity, as well as small improvements in disability and pain. These findings support the role of health coaching in helping individuals build and maintain more active lifestyles over time.

Research suggests that health coaching may support individuals working toward weight-related goals by strengthening motivation, consistency, physical activity, and sustainable lifestyle behaviors. In a randomized controlled trial of adults with obesity, participants who received health coaching over 12 weeks experienced greater improvements in weight loss, moderate-to-vigorous physical activity, and several psychosocial factors compared with controls. These findings support the role of health coaching as a structured, behavior-focused approach that may help individuals make meaningful and lasting lifestyle changes.

“In a randomized controlled trial involving patients with coronary heart disease, individuals who received structured health coaching demonstrated significant improvements in cardiovascular risk factors compared to usual care. The coaching intervention supported better management of cholesterol levels and other key risk indicators, highlighting the role of coaching in strengthening lifestyle behaviors and long-term risk reduction.”

💛 Supporting Family Caregivers

Caregivers often devote so much energy to supporting others that their own well-being can be overlooked. Research suggests that health coaching may help caregivers strengthen self-care, reduce stress, and feel more supported in managing the demands of caregiving. In a randomized controlled trial of informal caregivers of adults with chronic heart failure, participants who received virtual health coaching showed greater improvements in self-care and stress reduction over 6 months compared with those who received health information alone. These findings highlight the potential of health coaching to support the well-being of those who are caring for others.
